Below you will find a copy of the agreement that allows Mark and the members of his team to represent you in the finding of your rental home.
Mark and his team are willing to spend their time, energy, and resources in finding you your next home. In order to be able to provide you with the highest level of service, the following agreement is required.
Please note that paragraph 3 calls for a $200 retainer fee that is refundable after you have signed the lease on your home of choice. If you end up not renting a home through Mark and his team, the $200 is non-refundable.
